Return & Refund Policy

At Pikskart, each product is custom-made with care and crafted to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect design submissions.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only provided if the delivered product is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must report the issue within 1 day from the date of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product must be submitted as proof via email to support@pikskart.com.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer errors in design submission or spelling mistakes.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen external conditions.
  • Requests made after 1 day of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
